Borage Pearls 510 mg Borage contains abundant mineral salts, especially potassium nitrate, calcium and silicon salts, mucilage and flavonoids. It is purifying, due to its sweaty action, expectorant (for bronchitis, flu and colds) and diuretic (for gout, nephritis and arthritis). The oil of the seeds is rich in linolenic acid (polyunsaturated fatty acid), so it has a hypolipemic effect (reduces cholesterol), helps regulate the hormonal system and normalises dysmenorrhoea. Natural vitamin E is added as an antioxidant to prevent oxidation. Instructions for use: 2-4 pearls a day, distributed with meals. Warnings: not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
